Gifts4ocassions is an online gifting company, providing one of the best collection of gifts, like Cakes, flowers, Combos, Chocolates for all personal occasions & festivals (In India).

Gifts4ocassions delivers its products only in Pune, India. Let your family, friends and colleagues from abroad know that this the only gifting site which helps you to connect on occasions by gifting your loved ones in Pune. Apart from our own delivery network, we use premium courier partners such as DHL, Blue Dart, FedEx, etc

Our cakes are freshly baked and well taken care of the requirements. To get the best product we only allow next day delivery. Once the Cake is deliverd, please ensure it is consumed within 48 hours. 

Flowers are natural products, which means variations and imperfections may occur. Due to product availability or design interpretation our floral may vary slightly. However, all our florists work diligently to ensure every order is as similar as possible to the image advertised on our site.

Just like people, plants grow at different speeds and no two plants are even completely identical. Although variations and imperfections may occur, our florists do their very best to ensure every plant we send out looks as similar as possible to the image advertised on our site.

• We currently deliver only in Pune. We will expand our delivery services soon.
• All orders are delivered during business hours (8 AM – 10 PM), unless you have opted for a Midnight or a Fixed time delivery.
• There are no Shipping Charges for Standard Delivery. All Midnight delivery and Fixed time Delivery will be charged.
• We only do Hand Delivery in Pune.
• No delivery will be transferred to any other addresses.

• Redeem a voucher if you have one activated (if not, you may skip this step).
• Enter your Credit Card details and then click on ‘Pay Now’ to confirm your order!
• All the Modes of Payment are safe and Secured.

• No returns are allowed. However, in case if a wrong or a defective product has been sent, do let us know at the earliest. You can write to us at info@gifts4ocassions.com or WhatsApp us on +27621650616 (08:00 AM-10:30 PM, Monday-Sunday).

• We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. Don’t worry. You can write to us at info@gifts4ocassions.com (08:00 AM-10:30 PM, Monday-Sunday) and we will take care of it.

We do not guarantee refund for cases where:

• Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
• Flowers, fruits, cakes, chocolates gift products and preserved items are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
• Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product.
• Cancellation/modification request in an  order made less than 24 hours prior to the date of delivery we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full.
• Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by us, refund takes 3 – 4 business days to reflect in your account.

• Offline refund is credited once the customer shares the bank details post which it takes 5-7 working days.
